Our Beginnings:

In 1976 Atlanta City Church (formerly Atlanta Christian
Center) began as an outreach from Abbott Loop Christian Center in Anchorage,
Alaska. The church first met in a small building located on Allen Drive in
College Park, Georgia. Soon after, young pastors Rick and Susie Snow
were called by God to assume the leadership of this small congregation.

The congregation of ACC
quickly outgrew the church building in College
Park.
In 1983 we bought our
current property in Fairburn, Georgia, and we
have continued to expand.

On Father's day of 1998, ACC moved into its newest sanctuary and learning
center. We
dedicated our
beautiful, new building on January 6-10, 1999, with
a week of celebrating
what God had done.
ACC has been in existence since July, 1976, and will continue to be a church for the city
of
Atlanta. The heart of our leadership is to build people, families, and
leaders for the Lord.
